Line of Credit
Each business is different. When sales are unpredictable, our Line of Credit business financing option is a great choice. With weekly or monthly payments spread out over a few years, you pay at your pace as you profit!
Through our Line of Credit, we can provide up to $150,000 with ranges from 6 months to 5 years.
Asset Based
Business Loan
Securing your business loan with real estate as collateral allows us to use up to 75% of LTV for the property being used.
Meaning, if you own a property outright worth $1,000,000 you may qualify up to $750,000.
Terms for these business loans can range from 6-360 months, depending on borrower's preferences. Approvals can range from $250,000 and up.
